Frances joined the team at Hine Eagle in September 2021 as a  Criminal Legal Executive and has transitioned in to a solicitor with Hine Eagle following the completion of her Law degree and completion of Professionals.

 

Fluent in both English and Tongan, Frances is able to provide clear and efficient communication with a diverse array of clients and colleagues.
