Rowan joined Hine Eagle in July 2026 as a criminal and family legal executive. In March 2026, she graduated from Open Polytechnic with a Diploma in Legal Executive Studies. She values compassionate advocacy in helping others navigate the legal process and previously served as a paralegal overseas.
